Trentino's wine and food specialities typical of Pinè Plateau gastronomic tradition

The Brusago Bio Hotel has boasted a popular and excellent cuisine for decades, known in its Restaurant "L'Osteria dei Tòni" (open every day at lunch and dinner) which proposes Trentino's wine and food specialities on Pinè Plateau, typical of Trentino's gastronomic tradition.

The Trentino region is a land rich in genuine products, such as cheese, salami, jams, honey, fruit, mushrooms, game and delicious wines from the nearby Cembra Valley. These ingredients are present in everyday dishes prepared with wonderful recipes that delight even the most demanding palates.

The customers of the hotel can take advantage of this great cooking art. You can find all the Trentino's Wine and Food Specialities and the typical Pinè Plateau gastronomic tradition at our estaurant, thanks to the 3/4 Vital Wellness board which is the special formula that ensures all our guests of the following services:

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE ¾ "Vital Wellness" board:

· A cosy welcoming and a friendly and “natural” environment.

· Delicious breakfast buffet including organic foods, bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, jam, fruit juices, cakes, sliced salami and mixed cheeses, open from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. For those who wake up later, breakfast is available at the hotel bar until noon.

· Rich afternoon snack to replenish yourself from excursions or the day skiing, or simply to calm down your pangs of hunger with our homemade cakes and biscuits accompanied by a large selection of teas, available for all guests from 4 to 5.30 pm.

· Tisane area at the Bio Spa.

· Dinner served at the table with four courses, 4 menus to be chosen from and one of them called the “"Zero km” menu, a large buffet of salads, cooked vegetables, cheeses, bread area, fresh fruit as well as fruit with syrup. In the summer, we only use vegetables from our garden.

· By request, children’s menus with especially prepared dishes.

· A Theme Dinner once a week.

· Free entrance to our Bio Spa "La mano di Mida" covering 450 sq m with swimming-pool, several saunas and 3 wonderful relaxation rooms. (Children under 14 can only stay in the swimming-pool until 5 pm)

· A soft bathrobe, a sauna towel and an elegant wellness basket are available in your room. Bathrobes are changed once a week, while towels are changed whenever necessary.

· Flip flops available by request from the Reception. 5 Euros per pair (in the Junior Suites and Suites, they are included in the room price).

· A guided excursion is included for those who stay for one week.

· Twice a week, our guide Davide will accompany you on excursions or, in the winter, on walks with snowshoes (minimum 4 people). Small extra fee required.

· Free use of our mountain bikes.

· A rich library available.

· Agreements with the Dallapiccola Giuliano "Quarter Horses" Riding School, located only 5 minutes from the hotel. Horse or pony ridings are available.

· In the winter, private transfer from the Hotel to the Cermis or Pampeago trails (minimum 4 people). The service is free of charge.

· Christmas Dinner included in the price.

· Entertainment for children in the summer or winter through the Local Tourist Office of the Plateau of Pinè. The Programme is available at the hotel.

· Rooms also cleaned in the evenings.

· Courtesy Set in the room

· Sat TV and SKY channels in the room (available in July-August and from December to March).

· Free car park

· Internet access from the Internet Point in the hall. Free of charge.
